Welcome to One More Please

One More Please was previously known as Posely/GetPosely. This is a change in branding and does not create a separate application or affect these Terms' application to existing users.

One More Please is provided as a mobile application, including under the application identifier com.getposely.app.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the One More Please mobile application ("the App"), website, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using One More Please, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use One More Please.

1. About One More Please

One More Please is a creative photography and video application designed to help users plan, capture, style, and edit photos and videos.

One More Please may provide features including:

Pose inspiration
Pose and framing guides
Camera overlays
User-uploaded pose references
Photo and video capture
Video recording
Supported video filters
Text and decorative elements
Outlines and cutouts
Text-behind-subject effects
Photo filters
Beauty adjustments
Sketch and drawing tools
Handwritten notes and annotations
Templates
Collages
Carousel creation and multi-slide editing
Local Gallery storage, albums, and favourites
Locally saved editable projects
Photo and video saving and sharing tools

Some creative tools, including Beauty, Sketch, and Style, are photo-editing features and are not described here as video tools.

Features may be added, modified, removed, or improved over time.

2. Pose and Camera Guidance

Pose overlays, framing guides, camera tips, and other guidance provided by One More Please are creative assistance tools.

They are intended to help users recreate poses, framing, compositions, or visual ideas.

They do not guarantee:

Exact pose matching
Professional photography results
Any particular appearance
Any particular social-media performance or engagement
Any specific creative outcome

You remain responsible for how you position yourself, your device, and other people while taking photographs or recording video.

3. Photo and Video Editing Features

One More Please provides creative editing tools that may alter the visual appearance of photographs and, where supported, videos.

These may include:

Photo filters
Supported video filters
Beauty effects
Outlines
Cutouts
Sketch and drawing
Handwritten notes
Templates
Collages
Text
Decorative elements

Supported video filters alter the visual appearance of a video and are processed on-device. Available tools vary between photos and videos. Beauty, Sketch, and Style tools are photo-editing features and are not described here as video tools.

Results may vary depending on factors including:

Media quality
Lighting
Device capability
Orientation
Duration
Subject positioning
Selected effects and settings

Some effects use automated on-device image analysis and may not work perfectly on every photo or video.

4. Beauty Tools

Beauty tools are provided for creative photo editing.

Depending on the feature selected, One More Please may apply effects such as:

Smoothing
Glow
Dewy effects
Blush
Lip colour
Other appearance adjustments

Beauty tools are not intended to provide medical, dermatological, cosmetic, health, or professional advice.

You control whether and how these effects are used.

5. Sketch Tools

Sketch allows users to draw, annotate, and add handwritten-style content to images.

You are responsible for any text, drawings, symbols, notes, or other content you create using Sketch.

You must not use One More Please to create, publish, or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

6. Your Photos, Videos and Content

You retain ownership of photographs, videos, recorded audio, drawings, text, projects, and other original content you create or import into One More Please.

Using One More Please does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

One More Please may allow you to save editable projects and Gallery media locally on your device so you can return to them later. You remain responsible for the content included in those projects and Gallery items.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have any rights, permissions, or licences necessary to use photos, videos, recorded audio, references, graphics, or other content you import, edit, save, record, or share.

7. Gallery, Projects and Local Storage

One More Please may allow you to create and save editable projects locally on your device, and to store photos, videos, and related content in the in-app Gallery.

Projects may include photographs, layouts, text, decorative elements, frames, editing settings, and other information needed to reopen and continue your work.

Gallery content may include photos, videos, thumbnails, editing settings, albums, and favourites stored locally on your device.

Saved projects and Gallery items are intended as a convenience feature. You are responsible for maintaining any original photos, videos, or other content that you wish to keep. You should export or back up content you want to keep.

You may be able to rename, duplicate, reset, or delete projects within the App, and to organise, favourite, or delete Gallery media and albums.

Deleting a project from One More Please does not delete the original photographs from your device's Photo Library unless you separately choose to delete those photographs using your device or another application.

Deleting Gallery media removes it from the App and from albums in the App. It does not automatically delete separately exported or shared copies, including copies already saved to your device Photos library.

Deleting an album does not itself delete the photos or videos that belonged to that album; those items remain in My Gallery unless you delete them separately.

Removing the App, clearing App data, changing devices, restoring your device, or changes to operating-system storage or backup settings may affect locally stored project data, Gallery media, albums, and favourites.

One More Please does not currently provide its own cloud backup or synchronisation for Gallery or Projects.

8. Recording and Content Involving Other People

When photographing, filming, recording audio, editing, or sharing images or videos of other people, you are responsible for respecting their:

Privacy
Consent
Image rights
Intellectual-property rights
Other rights under applicable law

You should obtain any consent or permission required by applicable law before photographing, filming, recording voices or other audio, editing, publishing, or sharing content involving another person.

9. Intellectual Property

One More Please and its original branding, software, designs, graphics, content, and other proprietary materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted by law or by us, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, sell, license, or commercially exploit One More Please or its proprietary content.

10. User-Provided Reference Images

One More Please may allow you to upload your own photo or image as a pose reference.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any reference image you provide.

One More Please's ability to let you privately use or edit an image within the App does not grant you copyright, ownership, publicity rights, or any other rights in that image.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use One More Please to:

Violate applicable laws
Infringe intellectual-property rights
Violate another person's privacy or other rights
Harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of One More Please
Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law
Circumvent technical restrictions
Use One More Please in a way that disrupts or damages the App or third-party services

12. Device Permissions

Some One More Please features require access to your device camera or Photo Library/media storage. Camera access may be used for photos and videos.

Microphone access is optional. When granted, it can add sound to user-started video recordings. If microphone permission is denied or restricted, or if a microphone is unavailable, you can still record video silently. Microphone access is not needed for photos, saved-media filters, or Gallery.

If you deny a required permission, the relevant functionality may not work.

Permissions can be managed through your device settings.

13. Machine Learning

Some One More Please features use on-device machine-learning technology, including Google ML Kit and other locally run models, to perform functions such as:

Subject segmentation
Face detection
Facial feature or contour detection used to position creative effects

One More Please does not upload your photos to One More Please-operated servers for machine-learning processing.

Machine-learning results are automated and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable depending on factors such as:

Image quality
Device
Lighting
Subject positioning
Visibility
Other technical conditions

One More Please does not use these tools for:

Facial recognition
Identity verification
Authentication
Biometric identification

Google specifically states that its ML Kit face-detection API detects faces and facial features but does not recognise people.

You should not rely on One More Please's automated image-processing results for safety-critical, medical, identification, authentication, or other high-risk purposes.

14. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue One More Please features from time to time.

We do not guarantee that:

Every feature will always remain available
One More Please will work on every device
Every editing effect will produce the same result
Every automated feature will be accurate
The App will always operate without interruptions or errors
Locally stored projects, Gallery media, albums, and favourites will remain available after App deletion, device reset, storage cleanup, or other device-level changes

We may make changes to improve functionality, performance, security, compatibility, or user experience.

15. Free Features and Future Paid Features

One More Please may provide some or all functionality free of charge.

We may introduce optional paid functionality, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other premium services in the future.

If we introduce paid functionality, applicable pricing and payment terms will be shown before you make a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms requires One More Please to introduce paid functionality.

16. Third-Party Services

One More Please may depend on third-party software, SDKs, libraries, operating-system services, or app-distribution platforms.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms, policies, and technical requirements.

Google Analytics for Firebase may process analytics information as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, One More Please is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that One More Please will:

Always be uninterrupted
Be completely error-free
Produce perfect image-processing results
Meet every user's creative expectations
Be compatible with every device or operating-system version

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One More Please and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, One More Please.

This includes loss arising from:

User-created content
Third-party services
Device or operating-system issues
Automated image-processing results
Creative decisions made using One More Please

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

19. Termination

You may stop using One More Please at any time, including by uninstalling the App.

We may restrict or discontinue access where reasonably necessary to:

Protect One More Please or its users
Protect our legal rights
Address misuse
Comply with applicable legal requirements

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as One More Please changes.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, the version number shown at the top of these Terms.

Continued use of One More Please after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including applicable rights under Australian consumer law.

22. Apple App Store

If you download One More Please through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and One More Please and not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for One More Please or its content, maintenance, support, or warranties except to the extent required by applicable law.

If these Terms operate as a custom end-user licence agreement for the iOS version of One More Please, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries and may enforce applicable provisions against you as third-party beneficiaries.
